AccessO2: an innovative, non-electric, lifesaving oxygen concentrator

My project is to build a non-electric oxygen concentrator to meet the needs of the millions of infants and neonates who suffer from hypoxemia, or low blood oxygen saturation, and infant respiratory distress syndrome in poor-resource countries where concentrated medical oxygen is not available. I have built the prototype of the oxygen concentrator using pressure swing adsorption (PSA), which uses lithium-ionized zeolite to separate nitrogen from the atmospheric air, providing concentrated oxygen. I have demonstrated a steady-state concentration of 42%, which is usable for oxygen therapy for infants and neonates.
