3D scanner to achieve the spatial uniformity of the optimal pressure for pressure therapy

Pressure therapy is recommended by the International Society for Burn Injuries for first-line, noninvasive physical therapy for the prevention and control of hypertrophic scars after burns. According to the pressure formula derived by myself, the pressure generated by the elastic fabric on the human body is not only related to the elongation of the fabric, but also the curvature of the contact surface. Due to the lack of 3D surface-scanning equipment, the curvature of the human body cannot be obtained, so current pressure garments cannot meet the recommended pressure. I developed a 3D scanner that provided two solutions to solve this problem.
